This Privacy Policy explains how Beyond ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects the personal information of visitors to this website and people who book a call with us.

What we collect
When you book a call through this site, we collect the information you submit through the booking form, which may include:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number
- Your social media handle or website
- Any details you share about your business or goals
We do not collect payment information on this site - no card details are processed here.
Why we collect it
We use this information to schedule and prepare for your call, follow up with you about our services, and - if you become a client - to deliver the work. We don't collect more than we need for these purposes.
Our legal basis for this: responding to your inquiry and scheduling the call relies on your consent (you gave it by booking); delivering work to clients relies on the contract between us; and following up with leads who haven't booked yet relies on our legitimate interest in growing the business, balanced against your right to opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We use third-party tools to run this site and our booking process. Each has access only to the data needed to perform its function:
- Cal.com - processes your booking details and calendar scheduling
- YouTube - video testimonials on this page are embedded from YouTube; if you play one, YouTube may set its own cookies per their privacy policy
- Superhosting.bg - hosts this website
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
Cal.com and YouTube are based outside the EU/EEA, so some of your data may be processed there. Both operate under standard data protection safeguards recognized by the EU for this kind of transfer.
We don't use automated decision-making or profiling - every inquiry is reviewed by a person.
How long we keep it
How long we keep your information depends on what it's for:
- If you book a call but don't become a client, we keep your details for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them.
- If you become a client, we keep your information for the duration of our working relationship, plus any period required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law for financial records.
- Some of the tools we use (Cal.com, YouTube, our hosting provider) store data on their own systems, governed by their own privacy policies - we don't control their retention directly, but we will ask them to delete your data on your behalf if you request it.
You can request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Cookies
Embedded third-party content (the YouTube video players and the Cal.com booking widget) may set their own cookies when you interact with them, governed by their respective privacy policies.
With your consent, we also use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and understand which visitors came from our ads. It only loads after you accept via the cookie banner - if you reject it, it never loads. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.
Your rights
If you're in the EU/UK, under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict how we use your data
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these, contact us at klaris@beyondagency.bg. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our tools or process change. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
